Welcome to BreakTime Babysitters! By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

BreakTime Babysitters offers live, virtual play sessions for children via video call. These sessions are designed to entertain and engage children while a parent or guardian remains present in the home.We are not a substitute for in-person supervision or childcare.

2. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

A parent, guardian, or responsible adult must remain in the home at all times during each session.We do not assume responsibility for supervising your child physically.You are responsible for your child’s environment and safety during the session.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Sessions must be booked in advance through our website.Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund or reschedule. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded.

4. Session Behavior & Expectations

Our playtime is interactive and child-focused. Please help your child get set up with a device, seating, and toys or materials (if needed).

If your child is sick, upset, or unwilling to participate, we’ll do our best — but cannot guarantee engagement.

5. Payment

All payments are due at time of booking.We use secure third-party payment processors.Prices may change, but existing bookings will be honored at the original rate.

6. Privacy

All information shared with us will be kept private and secure. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user or terminate a session if a situation is unsafe, inappropriate, or violates our policy.
